From UNCC:  Take Mary Alexander out of UNCC.  Cross over E. Mallard Creek Church Rd. to Bonnie Cone.  The Flats entrance is on the left.

From University City Blvd:  Turn left on East Mallard Creek Church Rd.  The Flats at Mallard Creek is on the right.

From the Airport:  Take 85 North to exit 46A.  Turn right on W. Mallard Creek Church Rd.  Cross over Tryon and The Flats is on the left.

From Tryon near Walmart:  Take Tryon until you reach East Mallard Creek Church Rd. (about 2 miles).  Make a right on E. Mallard Creek Church Rd.  The Flats at Mallard Creek is on the left about 1/2 mile up.

From Harrisburg:  Take Hwy 49 to East Mallard Creek Church.  Make a right.  The Flats is second community on the right.

From Raleigh:  Take 85 South to exit 48 near Rock Hill.  Merge onto Tryon exit 32 toward Concord.  Turn left on East Mallard Creek Chruch Rd.  The Flats is on the left.
